At Amber Lei Esthetics, I truly value your time and ask that you value mine. To keep my schedule fair for all clients, please review the following policy: Cancellations & No-Shows: A 25% charge will apply to any appointment cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. In the case of a no-show, the 20% fee will still apply, and prepayment may be required for future appointments. Lateness Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me ahead of time, your appointment will be automatically canceled and subject to a $15 late fee (or the 20% cancellation fee, whichever applies). The time booked is reserved specifically to complete your full service. Arriving late can affect the quality and completion of your service and may result in a shorter session or reschedule.
